ORDER AND PAYMENT

1 From time to time, Bitel supports one or more of the following payment methods:

(i) Cash on Delivery (COD)

Bitel provides COD service in various countries. The buyer can pay cash directly to the carrier at the time of receiving the merchandise.

(ii) Payment with a national ATM card - Internet Banking

National ATM card payment method - Internet Banking is only for Buyers who have a national ATM card with Internet Banking link (online payment), and not for VISA and Mastercard.2 Only Buyer can change the payment channel before making the payment.

3 Bitel is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the Buyer or the Seller due to the incorrect entry of the shipping and/or payment information of an order placed and/or the use of a payment method not mentioned in clause 9.1 former. Bitel reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of the Buyer's right to use the payment method and reserves the right to suspend the transaction until the legitimacy is confirmed or cancel the relevant transaction if it cannot confirm the legitimacy.

Note: Bitel will be responsible for orders that use Bitel's delivery support services.

4 Currently, Bitel can only make payments to Users by bank transfer. Therefore, the User must provide Bitel with his bank account information in order to receive payment, that is, payment for products sold or reimbursed by Bitel.
